An 8-week, self-guided program that helps teens face where they actually stand, break the patterns holding them back, and build an identity they're proud of — adapted from a proven adult coaching method, built specifically for the pressures teens face today.
8 weeks · video lesson + workbook each week · built for ages 13–17
Most teens don't lack potential — they lack a structure for turning honest self-reflection into something that actually sticks.
Social media sets an impossible baseline for "normal" — looks, success, friend groups — that no teenager can actually live up to.
Procrastination, giving up right before something counts, not trying out — usually isn't laziness. It's a protective pattern nobody's ever helped them see.
At this age, a lot of the most useful reflection happens more honestly on a page than out loud to a parent — and that's normal, not a rejection of you.
"Riches" in this program has always meant something else — and by Week 8, your teen will have redefined it explicitly, in their own words.
Each week builds on the last — reality, then clearing, then identity, then removing what gets in the way.
Honest inventory of where they actually stand — school, friendships, family, self-esteem — without the comfortable story.
Which beliefs about intelligence, looks, and worth came from parents, teachers, and social media — and which are actually theirs.
Building a specific, deliberate identity — instead of one absorbed by accident, right when it matters most developmentally.
Reframing procrastination and avoidance as an outdated protective pattern — with a real tool for interrupting it.
Understanding the phone/social/gaming reflex, and building a genuinely workable alternative — without guilt or bans.
What they tolerate from friends, at home, and in their own space — and how to quietly raise it.
Trying out, asking, joining, having the hard conversation — acting before feeling ready, on purpose.
Bringing it together, redefining "riches" in their own words, and locking in an identity built to last past the program.
This is the part most programs skip. We didn't.
This teen adaptation is coaching and reflection only — journaling, reframing, honest inventory. No trance work is included in the self-guided material.
Every week that could surface something heavier includes a clear callout — trusted adult, school counsellor, GP, Lifeline, or Kids Helpline — right where it's needed, not buried in a footer.
Parents receive a plain-language summary of each week's themes, so you always know what your teen is working through.
This program is personal development and coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and it says so — clearly, and more than once.
Before there was a hypnotherapy practice, a training academy, or a stage — there was a kid in South London who nobody expected much from.
My childhood wasn't stable. There was family violence at home, time spent in a children's home, and by my teens I was in and out of school — expelled, suspended, and heading nowhere good. By eighteen, I'd been in and out of the justice system enough times that a judge finally gave me what he called a "short, sharp shock": real time, behind bars, as a warning that the road I was on only went one of two ways.
I share this not for sympathy, but because I know exactly what it's like to be a teenager who's already decided the story about who they are — and to not have a single adult around who could help rewrite it. Nobody handed me a workbook. Nobody sat me down and said "here's why you're doing this, and here's a way out." I had to find that path myself, much later, and much harder than it needed to be.
Here's the part I actually want your teen to hear most: I came out the other side of all of it. Today I'm one of Australia's most recognised hypnotists — I've performed on some of the world's most luxurious cruise ships, in theatres and clubs across the country, and appeared on national TV and radio. I run a busy hypnotherapy clinic, I've performed for some of the biggest corporate companies in the world, and I train other people to become professional hypnotists through my own academy. None of that was handed to me. All of it was built, piece by piece, from exactly the same starting point your teen might be looking at right now.
The ROGUE Method — the same eight-week structure your teen is about to go through — is what adults in my practice have used for years to rebuild their own lives. This teen version exists because I wish someone had put something like it in front of me at fourteen, instead of me having to figure it all out on my own, the hard way, decades later.
Your teen doesn't need to have gone through anything like what I went through for this to matter to them. But if they're carrying a story about themselves that isn't true anymore, or never was — I built this because I know, first-hand, that it can actually change.

"[Placeholder — second parent testimonial, ideally addressing a different theme than the first: e.g. screen time, friendships, or motivation.]"
No. This is an educational, personal-development program. It's not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional counselling, and the program says so clearly at multiple points, including what to do if something heavier comes up.
Like most things at this age, it tends to land best when it isn't forced. We'd suggest introducing it as something you found and thought might be useful, rather than a mandatory assignment.
Yes — you'll receive a plain-language summary of each week's themes, so you're never in the dark about what your teen is working through, even though their individual workbook answers stay private to them.
No. This teen adaptation is coaching, reflection, and workbook-based exercises only. No hypnosis or trance induction content is included in the self-guided material.
