1. About This Program

From Rogue To Riches — For Teens ("the Program") is an educational, personal-development coaching program created by Mark Anthony, adapted specifically for teens aged 13–17 from the adult program "From Rogue To Riches."

The Program consists of eight weekly video lessons and matching workbooks covering identity, confidence, habits, and personal development themes. It does not include hypnosis, trance induction, or clinical therapeutic content of any kind.

The Program is educational and personal development in nature. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, professional counselling, or legal or financial advice.

2. Who May Purchase and Enrol a Teen

This Program is purchased by a parent or legal guardian ("the Purchaser") on behalf of a teen aged between 13 and 17 ("the Participant"). The Participant does not purchase or enter into this agreement directly.

By purchasing the Program, the Purchaser confirms that:

  1. they are the parent or legal guardian of the Participant, or otherwise hold legal authority to consent on the Participant's behalf;
  2. the Participant is aged between 13 and 17 at the time of enrolment;
  3. the information provided is accurate and complete;
  4. they consent to the Participant accessing and engaging with the Program's content; and
  5. they will supervise or remain reasonably available to the Participant throughout the Program, particularly given the self-guided nature of the material.

3. The Nature of This Program — What It Is and Is Not

This Program is coaching, reflection, and educational content only. It is delivered through pre-recorded video lessons and written workbook exercises, completed by the Participant at their own pace.

This Program is not:

  • therapy, counselling, or a mental health service of any kind;
  • a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional assessment;
  • a crisis service — it is not equipped to respond to emergencies or urgent safety concerns; and
  • hypnosis, hypnotherapy, or any form of trance-based content.

Every week of the Program includes clear guidance directing the Participant to a trusted adult, school counsellor, general practitioner, or crisis service (including Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800) if content raises something beyond the scope of this Program.

4. Parent Visibility and Participant Privacy

The Purchaser will receive a plain-language summary of the themes covered in each week of the Program.

The Participant's individual written responses within their workbook are treated as personal to the Participant and are not automatically shared with the Purchaser, except where the Participant chooses to share them, or where we reasonably believe there is a risk to the Participant's safety or the safety of others.

See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what information is collected and how it is used.

5. Program Access

After successful payment, the Purchaser will receive access to the Program materials through the website, email, course platform, or another delivery method nominated by us.

Access may be provided instantly or within a reasonable time after purchase, depending on the payment method and platform.

We may update, improve, add to, remove, or modify Program content at any time to improve the Program, including to reflect updated safety or clinical guidance.

Unless expressly stated at the time of purchase, Program access is for the Participant's personal use only and does not confer ownership of the Program materials.

6. Account Details and Security

The Purchaser is responsible for keeping login details secure.

Login details, private links, and download links must not be shared with anyone outside the Purchaser's immediate household without our consent.

If we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, copied, resold, or accessed by unauthorised users, we may suspend or terminate access.

7. Use of Materials

All Program materials — video lessons, workbooks, worksheets, and related content — are the intellectual property of Mark Anthony and are provided for the Participant's personal, non-commercial use only.

Materials must not be reproduced, distributed, resold, publicly shared, or used to train any artificial intelligence system without express written permission.

8. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. GST may apply depending on your location, in accordance with Australian tax law given we are an Australian-registered business.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our nominated payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Health, Safety, and Crisis Resources

If at any point the Participant is experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or is otherwise in danger, the Purchaser should seek immediate support from a qualified professional, emergency services, Lifeline (13 11 14), or Kids Helpline (1800 55 1800). This Program is not equipped to respond to emergencies.

The Purchaser acknowledges that self-reflective content can, on occasion, surface difficult emotions or memories, and agrees to remain reasonably available to support the Participant through the Program.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Anthony and From Rogue To Riches exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to the Program if these Terms are breached, including unauthorised sharing of materials or misuse of the platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
